Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wantgo (wantgo.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Wantgo is an AI-powered travel destination discovery platform. We help users find destinations that match their interests through conversational AI search, real-time flight prices, and curated activity recommendations. We are an information and discovery service — not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. All bookings are completed on third-party partner websites (airlines, hotels, activity providers). We do not process payments for travel services.
AI-Generated Content
Search results, destination recommendations, activity suggestions, and price estimates are generated by AI (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. • Match scores are AI estimates, not guarantees of satisfaction • Activity prices are approximate and may differ from actual costs • Flight prices are sourced from Travelpayouts/Aviasales API and may change • Always verify information directly with travel providers before booking
User Accounts
Account features include saved destinations, trip planning, search history, and personalized recommendations. By creating an account you agree to: • Provide accurate information • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account • Not create multiple accounts to bypass rate limits You can sign in with email/password or Google OAuth. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free Usage & Rate Limits
Anonymous users (without an account) are limited to 3 search messages per 30 days. Creating a free account removes this limit. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to maintain service quality and prevent abuse.
Affiliate Links & Revenue
Wantgo contains affiliate links to third-party travel services: • Aviasales/Kiwi.com — flights (via Travelpayouts) • GetYourGuide — activities and tours • Omio — trains and buses • Airalo — eSIM cards When you click these links and complete a booking, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our AI search results or destination ranking. Results are scored by relevance to your query.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from Wantgo • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Attempt to interfere with the service's infrastructure • Bypass rate limits or authentication mechanisms • Impersonate another person or entity • Submit malicious prompts designed to manipulate AI responses • Use the service to generate spam or misleading content
Intellectual Property
All content on Wantgo — including text, design, code, AI prompts, and the search system — is owned by Wantgo or its licensors. • Destination photographs are sourced from Unsplash under their license terms • Blog content is original and copyrighted • AI-generated search results are provided for personal use only You may share links to Wantgo pages but may not reproduce our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Wantgo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Travel decisions made based on AI recommendations • Price differences between our estimates and actual booking costs • Inaccurate AI-generated information • Service interruptions or data loss • Actions of third-party booking partners • Flight cancellations, delays, or changes Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for free users is $0).
Third-Party Services
Wantgo integrates with and links to third-party services including Supabase (database), Google (authentication), PostHog (analytics), Travelpayouts (flights), Unsplash (photos), and various booking platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Review their terms before using their services.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting hello@wantgo.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when we add new features or services. Continued use of Wantgo after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post significant changes on this page with an updated date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
